RESPONSABILITATI

Manage, negotiate and coordinate procurement of goods and services in support of company internal use requirements and or benefit external customers;
Advise internal client requirements across Commodities, demonstrate understanding of multiple commodity strategies and core supplier develop supplier agreements which integrate multiple commodities, deliver integrate solutions under a single or minimum number of agreements;
Analyze supplier cost structure, understand the cost elements in supplier prices, benchmark unique supplier costs/ prices and /or associated royalties, negotiate competitive costs/ prices;
Develop unique terms and conditions for supplier agreements in support of customer contracts, analyze, determine and stipulate flow-down and flow-up terms and conditions between customer and supplier agreements when procuring goods and services for resale to a customer;
Apply change management, understand the procedures for changing the subcontracting project plan, work with internal clients to understand their request for change, assess change and advise internal; clients on potential impact to supplier cost, performance and schedule;
Apply government requirements; understand the use of government regulations as they apply to procurement and contracting processes. Include appropriate flow downs in subcontracts and purchase orders, gain knowledge of frequently used government clauses and understand the requirements and responsibilities associated with each;
Use client strategy/ market segments to support offerings, understand industry;
Develop, maintain and manage internal client relationships at functional or executive levels throughout the organization to ensure early procurement involvement;
Acquire insight into internal client strategy and planning processes, understand client management system;
Use and understand the features and function of internal client tools, manage relationships with a high level of client satisfaction.
Understand the internal client’s management structure, processes, formal and informal organization, key business processes, customs and protocols;
Educate internal clients on the procurement process and the value add provided by procurement i.e best practices;
Work with internal clients to develop technical and business processes, act as a conduit to communicate supplier strategies/roadmaps back to the client, assess, generate and implement long and short range plans that support current and future business objectives of multiple business units and/or geography.


CERINTE

Education - University Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant subject mater;
At least 5 years as a Supply Chain/Procurement/Purchasing Manager with people management responsibilities;
Excellent negotiation and contract writing skills as well as organizational and communication skills;
Broad purchasing experience in an IT market of hardware, software and services for purposes of company internal use and resale to customers desirable;
Flexibility to travel within/ outside Romania (estimate. 20%).
Self organized/ able to work independently;
Able to understand and follow processes;
Attention to detail;
Ability to assess and cope with speed of business;
Ability to undertake and solve multiple tasks simultaneously;
Ability to develop and implement long term supply chain strategies with focus on cost, quality and risk minimization.
