RESPONSABILITATI

- Verification and legal interpretation of documents pertaining to accounts opening and to subsequent modifications concerning accounts operating authorizations, related to legal persons ad to individuals opened by Private Wealth management:
- Verification of corporate clients signing authorities concerning credit contracts;
- Registration of clients' static data and files' information in Client Administration Detabase;
- Generation of information reports regarding clients incomplete documentation for management, control and commercial departments;
- Update Know Your Client Preocedures based on local and international regulations and recommendations, in co-operating with general Counsel and Local Internal Audit Departments.
