- Responsible for correctness, completeness and timeliness input of the customer related data in bank's system/ client data application (Atlas, Profile, On-line Banking, Direct Debit);
- Opening / closing/ transferring accounts;
- Bloking/un-bloking differrent types of accounts;
- Takes care that the customer receives the information regarding the account balances, fees and other conditions of the various bank services;
- Sending monthly reports to fiscal authorities informing on accounts opened/closed;
- Scanning and archiving doxuments;
- Basic economic background;
- Previous experience in the banking field would be an asset;
- Analytic, disciplined;
