The Client Country Lead will be part of the existing Bucharest team who delivers accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger processes to one of its most important Bucharest clients’, a global leading company activating in the entertainment industry.
The main objectives of this role are:
-To ensure that all offshore AP/AR/GL (with focus on GL) operations are run efficiently and effectively to achieve Service Level Agreements targets and maintain the appropriate control environment.
-To manage category teams being responsible for the end-to-end process from AP/ AR / GL and to ensure continuous flow of all activities for each category and correct cooperation within the teams.
-To manage the contact between Accenture team and the client, act as single point of contact.
-To facilitate collaboration with onshore Vendor/Client Specialists and to seek ways to improve service quality by initiating process excellence improvements;
-To be accountable for staff development - min 20 employees.
-Previous experience in financial roles or financial services industry – min 3 years in General Ledger;
-Experience with managing or coordinating teams – min 1 year;
-German language knowledge – fluent level;
-Fluency in English;
-Proven ability to work on own initiative;
-Innovative thinking to deliver and improve best client service;
-Diligent – ensure deadlines are met and priorities are balanced accordingly;
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
