RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible for correctness, completeness and timeliness input of the customer related data in
bank’s systems/client data applications (Atlas, Profile, On-line Banking, Direct Debit);
- Opening / closing / transferring accounts;
- Blocking/un-blocking different types of accounts;
- Capture accounting entries on clients’ accounts for collection of bank’s fees and commissions;
- Takes care that the customer receives the information regarding the account balances, fees and
other conditions of the various bank services;
- Sending monthly reports to fiscal authorities informing on accounts opened/closed;
- Scanning and archiving documents.


CERINTE

- Basic economic background, computer skills;
- Previous experience in the banking field would be an asset;
- Energetic, analytic, attentive to details, able to learn fast;
- Open personality, initiative, discipline, adaptability, team player.
