Purpose of the Role

To manage the end-to-end cycle of the Distributor claims that support:
• BID - business through the Tier 2 Channel Xerox equipment and supplies.
• Tactical Business - business through the Tier 2 Channel for Xerox equipment and supplies
• Price Protection – rebates related to the Price Harmonisation of products
• To manage ESAP tickets relating to errors, bugs and changes

Scope of the Role

The Claim to Pay Team Processes include a number of centralised business processes managed by the XE European Channel Group (ECG).
The Claim To Pay Process has a throughput of circa $150m of credit notes which are raised during the year as a result of bid and tactical actions relating to equipment and supplies sales for Office with total revenue of $700m net. The management of the validation process is an important SOX business control.
The role is required to deal with both Internal and External Customers via phone/email/WebEx, mainly dealing with process issues and queries relating to the creation and sending of the crucial Bid & Tactical Claims. This requires strong communication skills and patience.
The position deals with a high volume of data and reconciliation of said data when resolving queries using MS excel. Loading .csv claim files into a SAP environment, cleansing and management of data consistency.

Major Responsibilities

• To validate that claims meet the required standards of accuracy
• To ensure claims are processed in a timely manner
• To ensure all queries relating to claims are dealt with promptly and accurately and within the bounds of the approved claim to pay processes
• Ensure adherence to processes and policies for all CTP related processes; escalating issues to CTP Manager in timely manner
• Promptly responding to process issues or queries from Internal and External Customers and driving all situations to prompt and timely resolution
• Processing Price Protection Claims when Xerox reduces list prices. Working with Distribution Operations and Finance
• Issuing reports daily to 3rd Parties (Distributors) paying attention to the detail thereof
• Assisting with Support issues and engaging in P2 tickets where appropriate


CERINTE

• Experience working in a commercial environment with experience of complex IT solutions.
• Experience of working with Customers is essential.
• Desirable: Experience of working in a multinational business environment working with multiple nationalities would be beneficial.
• System orientate project experience is also desirable both in terms of implementing new systems and correcting defects in live systems.
• Working with customers on processes and process interfaces is desirable.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
