As a Civil Works Project Manager you will:
- Manages all activities and persons in the Civil Works Department;
- Negotiates and assigns the CW implementation to subcontractors, controls and accepts their work;
- Responsible for accepting and signing the subcontractor bills of quantities and prices and the attached invoices;
- Controls of estimated incoming and outgoing budgets for CW and EPS;
- Preparing of request for buying of materials by Internal Logistic Department;
- Preparing of offers documentation for future projects in Contractions part ;
- Analyses of all activities done by the Department and respect the targets and priorities put by the General Manager;
- Informs the Financial Director for the expected income and outgoing budgets before starting the job;
- Have a management experience in construction, especially in telecom field;
- Knowledge of telecom structures;
- Have experience in CW contracting, bills of quantities and cost estimation;
- Be flexible and able to work under tough deadlines;
- Have analytical thinking, stress resistance and problem solving skills;
- University degree in civil engineering or related economic field;
- Feel comfortable using English;
