1. Responsibility for civil work design of the whole telecom network
2. Identifying, selecting and negotiating with civil work subcontractor
3. Examining and supervising civil work design work of subcontractor
4. Communicating and negotiating with telecom operators technically
5. Other related work about civil work design.
1. Bachelor or master in architecture, steel structure, engineer, survey, electricity and other related major. At least have experience of civil work design(tower, mast, pole, equipment room, lightning &earthing, power access, etc) or construction for three years, work experience in telecommunication industry is preferred;
2. Be familiar with regulation and standards of civil work design in telecommunication industry of Romania, such as tower for GSM, container ;
3. Be familiar with applying of AutoCAD ;
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills also have good team spirit in group.
5. Willing to go on errands often in Romania and the whole Europe
6. Fluent English in speaking, listening and writing.
