- Preparing the tender documentation from technical and economical point of view
- Follow up on the contract during the execution phase
- Update of prices market with supplier database
- A degree in constructions, engineering/tehnician
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in cost evaluation of tenders in constructions industry in private construction companies and sound experience with tenders preparation
- Experienced with PHARE contracts and FIDIC terms in the civil/roads and infrastructure area
- Have good contacts in the constructions suppliers market as well as good knowledge of pricing
- Good level of English and/or Spanish
- Available to travel
