Preparing the tender documentation from technical and economical point of view
Follow up on the contract during the execution phase
Update of prices market with supplier database
A degree in constructions, engineering/tehnician
Minimum 5 years previous experience in cost evaluation of tenders in constructions industry in private construction companies and sound experience with tenders preparation
Experienced with PHARE contracts and FIDIC terms in the civil/roads and infrastructure area
Have good contacts in the constructions suppliers market as well as good knowledge of pricing
Good level of English and/or Spanish
Available to travel
