- Manage the Civil Engineering Division (human, technical and organizational resources, in order to assure the development and economic performance of this structure and the satisfaction of the clients)
- Develop, in terms of commercial, the civil engineer activity and driving business growth
- Define and monitorthe budget for the Civil Engineering Division
- Provide technical support during the tender process by involvement in the validation of civil engineering solutions, planning and budgets
- Develop, and supervise the execution of civil engineering construction and financial activities through management of on-site team
- Ensure the respect and the application of the Quality/Safety/Environmental Plans for any project they are involved in
- Realize financial overview of project in terms of: tender allowances; variances between tender and actual costs; preparation of cost to complete forecasts with realization team
-Analyze needs, evolutions and potential of markets. - Maintain and develop client relationships
- Validate civil engineering contracts with subcontractors, incollaboration with the Legal Department
- Elaborate complaints related to civil engineering contracts, incollaboration with the Legal Department
Degree in Civil Engineering required
7 – 10 years experience in coordinatingthe execution ofcivil engineeringprojects
Previous experience with developing commercial activities/network in the CW field.
Previous experience with HydraulicsProjectsit will be a plus
Previous experience with FIDIC Red and Yellow Book is advantage
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Be computer literate
Valid driver's license required
