Engineering and consultancy corporation is looking for Deputy Contract representative with the following responsabilities:
- Together with the Contracts representative coordinates on-site activities and monitor job progress,
- Perform qualitative and quantitative control on the job site,
- Participate in on site meetings,
- Coordinate shipments,
- Assist with scheduling,
- Manage on site record-keeping,
- Prepare Interim Payments for Employer,
- Control costs and sub contractor payments,
- Plan project activities and activities budgets,
- Monitoring the progress of the works,
- Identifying resources,
- Supervision of site works.
- Civil engineer with 1 or 2 years experience in a construction/engineering firm,
- International experience (either in the university or in a job),
- Fluent in English, Spanish is an advantage,
- Drivers license,
- Willing to travel 50 % of the time.
