- Civil Engineer, graduate of a Romanian or other Universities recognised by the Romanian Authorities,
- With minimum 5 years experience in construction of multi-storey buildings (no less than 10 floors) for office and residential use,
- Good command of Romanian and English Languages,
- Good computer skills (M.Office, Office Project and AutoCad as a minimum),
- Knowledge of the building construction market (material, suppliers, subcontractors).
- Knowledge of cost estimating for buildings will be considered.
