- Reporting to Bucharest Branch Manager;
- Company and price investigation for materials and
manpower;
- Unit price analysis;
- Calculating mobilization costs & general expenses;
- Finding local sub-contractors and suppliers;
- Making necessary calculations and prepare basic drawings;
- Preparing technical specifications;
- Preparing necessary technical data for the tenders;
- Following up and controlling of the works to be done by the local design sub-contractors;
- Other tender preparation facilities;
- During all of his activities working as per the Companies’ Management System Procedures.
- University, Department of Civil Engineering;
- 3-5 years in a similar position;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office);
- Good English (speaking, writing, reading);
- Driving License B
