-Consultation and assistance with identification of design products and contractual arrangements;
-Monitoring, checking all project progress, documentation, file system and distribution;
-Assist agreement of design products;
-Prepare product safety and quality plans;
-Analyse construction capabilities of tenderers;
-Assist preparation of tender documentation;
-Analyse forms of contract available;
-Develop preliminary construction program;
-Design development and buildability of the concept/detailed designs;
-Audit agreed quality plans and ensure that they are undertaken on site;
-Control impact of construction the environment
-Implement and manage induction/cost against projects plans;
-Inspection all works, defects, backlogs and their repairing;
-University degree or relevant education
-Experience in the field of construction management
-Good knowledge of English (both written and verbal)
-PC literacy(Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD)
-Flexibility and dynamic approach
-Leadership skills
-Previous working experience in an international business is a plus
