The main responsibilities will cover:
- Performing technical tasks related to calculations, design, verification or study activities for all steel structures and concrete foundations;
- Ensuring an interface with other Project Specialists, Engineer and Designers;
- Coordinating technical activities performed inside by the relevant Project Specialists and Designers;
- Preparing design specifications for concrete foundation and steel design.
Our client, one of the largest Oil & Gas contractors in the world is looking for a Civil and Structural Engineer.
The ideal candidate should have:
- University degree or high-school diploma;
- Fluency in English;
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position (more than 7 years would be an advantage);
- A minimum level of experience with AutoCAD or other drafting software;
- Working experience with structural analysis software (GTStrudl or equivalent would be a plus);
- Good knowledge of the civil design codes and standards;
- A problem-solving attitude, the ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
