- Achieves volume and revenue goals via the combination of customer acquisition and relationship deepening;
- Provides product information actively seeking to acquire, deepen, retain and satisfy profitable relationships;
- Growth and retention of Consumer Banking liability book; Checks attrition levels;
- Ensures sales of liabilities products, insurance and assets products;
- Acquisition of new quality high net-worth customers, correct profiling of clients and maintaining ongoing updates on profile;
- Matching products to the customer;
- Handles customer service;
- Delivers prospect meetings (in-person presentations) facilitated through networking with various sources;
- Generates own leads, manages the sales process through closure;
- Drives new product development in deposits, insurance, treasury products for retail customers and investments.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience (retail services, brokerage and/or banking), basic knowledge in investments products;
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Consumer business and the local market segment;
- Presentation and selling techniques, managerial instruments, interpersonal and written communication skills;
- Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision making skills;
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Proven leadership ability, good project management;
- Self-confidence, positive and proactive attitude.
