- Offers technical support to reseller over telephone, e-mail
- Designs networks based on Cisco products
- Teaches trainings to resellers and internal sales team
- Participates in workshops, roadshow, other events where technical solutions (DEMO) must be provided
- Designs, intalls and configures Cisco products
Technical background required:
- CCNA Certification, CCNP certifications would be a plus
- Experience in designing, installation ,configuration of LAN & WAN Cisco Products
- Very good knowledge of networking technologies:
- Ethernet, Switching, STP/RSTP/MSTP, VLANs, Link Aggregation, L2 QoS, etc
- IP, Routing (Static and Dynamic), Firewall, VPN
- Ethernet Fiber Optic technologies
- Basic Knowledge of Voice, Voice over IP (SIP, H323, MGCP, other)
- Basic Knowledge of wireless: WiFi, WiFi MESH, WiMAX, Proprietary
Other required:
- Client oriented attitude
- Dynamic, responsible with good communications skills
- Degree in engineering
- Languages: Spoken and Written ENGLISH – Very Good
