-Implements general policies established by the Board of Directors for the Maintenance and -Facility Management Division;
- Plans, develops and approves specific operational policies, programs, procedures and methods in concert with general policies;
- Develops, maintains and coordinates a sound organizational plan; initiates improvements as necessary;
- Responsible for the attainment of short-term and long-term financial and operational goals;
- Provides advice and recommendations to the Division¿s Director and committees about construction, alterations, maintenance, materials, supplies, equipment and services not provided in approved plans and/or budgets;
- Consistently ensures that the Division is operated in accordance with all applicable laws;
- Prepares reports and other support material for committees and Board use;
- Negotiates and recommends Board approval for contracts;
-Bachelor¿s Degree in Engineering or Economic Sciences
-Possess extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
-Excellent communicator ( verbal and written), exceptional people skills, effective analytical and organization skills;
-Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing environment;
-Results- oriented executive with excellent follow-through and impeccable ethics;
-Fluent in English
-MS Office knowledge
