Our client, a foreign company providing outsourcing processing services for the Cards, ATM and POS and also software solutions is looking for a Chief Operation Officer

Responsibilities
? Manage the system operation team for the outsourcing platform;
? Manage the implementation, maintenance and support of licenses for core banking systems/ ERM/ CRM;
? Management of all operations, maintenance and security staff;
? Train, support, lead and motivate the team;
? Quality control for the on-going projects;
? Ensure an effective working environment;
? Maintain great cooperation with the clients, through very good communication skills;
? Raise brand awareness;

Requirements

? Relevant experience, successful track record in managing operations in IT;
? Technical University graduate;
? Very good understanding of technical concepts and solutions;
? Experience in Project Management;
? Great written and spoken English;
? Excellent organizing, leading and managing abilities;
? Problem-solver, results-oriented, strong character;
? Strategic vision, strong business understanding;
