RESPONSABILITATI

- Position Summary: COO is a key position responsible for the company¿s day-to-day and quarter-to-quarter operating & business activities, including expense and cost control.
- The position plays a critical leadership role in executing the strategies developed by top management and bringing a value added contribution to business development of the company.
- Oversees administration, marketing/communication & information technology functions and works closely with HR Managing Director to ensure development and implementation of all appropriate company policies and procedures. Reports to CEO and directs all company operations/properties to meet budget/financial/operational goals.
- Administrates, manages, ensures and coordinates day to day work at a professional level involving and overseeing the activities of: administrative/operational activities for the entire company, marketing, IT.
- Manages and oversees the business activity and acts in a supervisory role for few companies, which are part of the parent company: General Investment Co., Pratech TV.
- Managing the Marketing/Communication Department¿s goals, performance, and works close with IT/HR departments to ensure implementations of programs.
- Has a Project Management role in administrating the existing operations/properties, the newly developed ones and plays an active role in developing/coordinating new projects.
- Keeps senior management informed about business activities, potential threats, opportunities, and recommended actions
- Advises senior management on strategic business development and key corporate planning issues and makes recommendations to top management on important business decisions.
- Works with HR and other departments to determine resource allocation among divisions, assess polices/strategy, business structure and organization of the companies.
- Supervises the administrative and logistic operations of Avrig35 (parent company) with the assistance of an Administrative Manager (overseeing the security department/cleaning departments).
- Conducts regular meetings with division heads to ensure good business activity through out the company, coordinates operational objectives and achieve business goals.
- Follows-up on decisions made in management meetings and ensures proper execution.
- Conducts regular reviews of division¿s performances and recommends appropriate actions; facilitates resolution of issues between divisions.
-Takes charge in high-priority crises. Ensures adherence to annual budgets.


CERINTE

- At least 10 years of significant professional management experience in the area of business & operation administration of a company.
- Excellent communication/planning and organizational skills.
- Strong Leadership skills through prior experience.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at once and prioritize them accordingly.
- Familiar with handling assets, properties, liabilities of the Company.
- MBA or similar degree would be desirable.
