RESPONSABILITATI

-Position reports to CEO/CFO and directs all company operations to meet budget and other financial goals.
-Administrates, manages, ensures and coordinates day to day work at a professional level involving and overseeing the activities of: administrative/operational activities for the entire company
-Oversees the business activity and acts in a supervisory role for few companies which are part of the parent company: General Investment Co., Flextrans, Pratech TV.
-Oversees the Marketing/Communication Department’s goals and performance and works close with IT/HR departments to ensure implementations of programs.
-Has a Project Management role in administrating the existing operations/properties, the newly developed ones and plays an active role in developing/coordinating new projects.
-Keeps the CEO/CFO informed about business activities, potential threats, opportunities, and recommended actions
-Advises the CEO/CFO on strategic business development and key corporate planning issues and makes recommendations to top management on important business decisions.
-Works with HR and other departments to determine resource allocation among divisions, assess polices/strategy and organization of the companies.
-Works with HR and top management to ensure proper report structure within departments.
-Supervises the administrative operations of Avrig35 (parent company) with the assistance of an Administrative Manager (overseeing the security department/cleaning departments)
-Conducts regular meetings with division heads to ensure that priorities are clear and coordination is good.
-Follows-up on decisions made in management meetings and ensure proper execution.
-Meets regularly with division heads to negotiate operational objectives and performance goals.
-Conducts regular reviews of division performance and decide on actions required ' as a result; facilitates resolution of issues between divisions.
-Takes charge in high-priority crises. Ensure adherence to annual budgets


CERINTE

-Significant professional management experience in the area of business/operation administration of a company. Leadership skill and ability.
-Ability to lead, plan and manage change. Communication skills.
-Ability to perform multiple tasks at once and prioritize accordingly.
-Five to ten years experience at managerial level
-Handles assets, properties, liabilities of the Company
-MBA or advanced degree
