The CFO will be responsible for:
- Organising and managing the Accounts and Finance Department to ensure compliance with the law and submission of local and international accounts;
- Coach and supervise colleagues in the preparation of international accounts and documentation required by the Board;
- Manage the finances to ensure best practices are adhered to, taxation status is managed effectively and exposure is minimalised;
- Prepare tender documentations and professional presentations that in turn will be presented to financial institutions to secure credit and loan facilities;
- Manage the relationships with banks and consulting companies at a senior level;
- Represent Romania on a global playing field in terms of objectives, targets and results in line with other companies in the Group.
- Assess newly acquired businesses to identify what changes must be implemented to ensure profitability and target fulfilment.
We are searching for a highly sophisticated professional who has an impressive career in finance and accountancy, being exposed to international markets, banks and representatives to fill this role.
- ACCA qualified / used to preparing and providing international accounts and financial reporting;
- Has at least 4 year experience in a similar role, working with the English language on a daily basis;
- Used to preparing and presenting business documentation to banks and financial institutions, managing high-level relationships;
- A natural leader who is willing to motivate and coach his colleagues, in order to develop a strong and highly professional team.
