Our client, a International Company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer for its business in Romania. Responsible for the integrity of financial records, correct application of International and local accounting standards, local and corporate reporting, liquidity, budgeting and forecasting.
Responsible for organizing the company and developing of the business.
Job context:
- Finance Director has an essential role in keeping of financial status of the company under control. While assuring the smooth running of the day-to-day business.
- Finance Director has contacts with all the other Departments of the firm on a day-to-day basis.
- Prime external contacts of Finance: suppliers, clients, Romanian financial administration, banks.
- Ability to take decisions, prioritize and delegate tasks as well as decide on the personnel matters;
- Knowledge of corporate accounting and reporting standards;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to communicate in a structured manner on various levels;
- 6 years of working experience, including management
- Fluency in English.
