RESPONSABILITATI

He/She will ensure that the Finance fuction has strong foundations to support the company to its future growth, working closely with the Board, the shareholders, bankers, professional associates and business partners.
He/She will be responsible for the preparation and management of all aspects of the financial , accounting , taxation and statutory matters
He/She will coordinate the budget and business planning process and cash flows in accordance with the group’s timetables, policies and standards
He/She shall have the main responsibility in the day to day dealings with the group’s banks and ensuring that the bank loan requirements are met

A CFO is required for our dynamic real estate company specializing in Retail Parks, based in Bucharest, reporting to the Board of Directors:
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded with strong analytical and communicationskills and a track record of developing strong and robust reporting and control methods
He/She should be ambitious, self starter , anticipate problems and come up with practical solutions
The candidate should be a graduate and a qualified accountant
The candidate should preferably have prior real estate development experience and/or experience of dealing with banks


DESCRIEREA FIRMEI

OMILOS GROUP is an international partnership of real estate companies, based in Romania and United Kingdom that covers up a complete range of activities, including land purchasing, planning, development, and project management. We plan on investing in the next 2 years over EUR 300 million in real estate projects located in Romania’s most important cities. Our latest projects are: ERA SHOPPING PARK Iasi and ERA SHOPPING PARK Oradea.

ERA SHOPPING PARK IASI
Covering over 350,000 sq m plot of land, ERA SHOPPING PARK will be the largest retail park in Romania outside Bucharest. With a total built surface of 100,000 sq m, 77,000 sq m leasable area, and 3,000 parking places, ERA SHOPPING PARK will be operational in two phases:

First Phase will open the Fall of 2008 and it will comprise: Carrefour Hypermarket (15,440 sq m), Carrefour Gallery (16,000 sq m – fully leased), Praktiker Do It Yourself (9,350 sq m), Media Galaxy (3,565 sq m)
Second Phase will open the Fall of 2009 with ERA SHOPPING MALL (35,000 sq m), Mobexpert (8,000 sq m), and other 3 medium size units.

ERA SHOPPING PARK ORADEA
Era Shopping Park is the biggest shopping scheme to be developed in Oradea City, having a total surface of approx. 78,000 sq m, out of which 62,740 sq m represents the letting area. The project consists in a shopping mall of 38,761 sq m GLA anchored by Carrefour (hypermarket), Bricostore (DIY), Mobexpert (large furniture store) and Media Galaxy (electrical goods unit). The shopping mall include around 110 shops, out of them 11 are medium and large space units. Era Shopping Park Oradea will also be operational in two phases:

First Phase is to be delivered December 2008
Second phase is to be delivered in the first semester of 2009
