- Managing and controlling the financial aspects of two Romanian companies, one Cyprus company (the parent Holdings Company) and subsidiaries in the Eastern Europe (currently Bulgaria, Ukraine).
- Building up the financial section in each entity, expenses controle, delivering reports on a monthly & quarterly basis (to produce the IFRS reporting package for the external audit firm' review/audit
- Experience on a similar position (min 3 years) – statutory accounts, budget, expenses controlling, cash management
- Certified public expert accountant
- Good knowledge/experience in using IAS/IFRS
- Timely and accurate preparation of group reporting package
- Managing capability – to mange employees, integrity, conflicts solving,
- Fluency in English
