Managing and controlling the financial aspects of two Romanian companies, one Cyprus company (the parent Holdings Company) and subsidiaries in the Eastern Europe (currently Bulgaria, Ukraine).
Building up the financial section in each entity, expenses controle, delivering reports on a monthly & quarterly basis (to produce the IFRS reporting package for the external audit firm' review/audit
Experience on a similar position (min 3 years) – statutory accounts, budget, expenses controlling, cash management
Certified public expert accountant
Good knowledge/experience in using IAS/IFRS
Timely and accurate preparation of group reporting package
Managing capability – to mange employees, integrity, conflicts solving,
Fluency in English
