The company is looking for a CFO, Member of the Board, who will be reporting functionally to the Regional CFO and dotted line to company CEO.
The CFO’s primary objective is to oversee all financial issues relating to the continuous growth of the Global Online Research Division, as part of the Company Global Organization. He/ She will manage the integration of all financial processes for a recently merged company. Part of the Management Board, the CFO will support the overall integration and development needed to transform Online Division companies into a Global organization.
The CFO will ensure appropriate processes control and support for business decisions, working closely with the CEO and the Group finance organization. He/she will develop the forecasts, coordinate the budgeting process and ensure resources for the company’s development plans.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
The Head of Finance will be involved in key business decisions and will actively participate in or lead strategic processes across the business. He/she will really drive the risk/opportunity management and support an aggressive but controlled growth strategy.
- Member of the Management Board, ensure the execution of the agreed strategy
- Manage the integration and development of a recently merged company, from financial processes side. Support Management Board in the overall integration process.
- Coordinate and supervise the activity of the financial department in terms of accounting, budget planning, control costs, tax issues, payroll and audit activities of the organization
- Set up and implement internal reporting tools, supervise statutory and consolidated accounts, manage the budget process and supervise financial analyses and reports at Group level
- Develop and coordinate Business Analyses department
- Participate in elaborating and developing the business and financial strategy of the company
- Configure finance function to reflect business needs. Develop financial information systems to facilitate management decision-making
- Manage financial and accounting system controls and standards ensuring timely financial and statistical reports for management use
- Report promptly and accurately financial results and key performance indicators
- Ensure authority is sought before expenditure is committed outside the delegated authority granted by the Group
- Experience – significant professional management experience – at least 5 years of financial management experience
- Studies: bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting
- Extensive knowledge of IAS and UK GAAP
- Understanding of key business process and business environment
- Knowledge of financial modeling and business plans preparation
- Good knowledge of cash flow and budget analysis
- Possess broad knowledge of internal control systems, internal organizational structures, financial analysis of corporate performance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate financial concepts to people of all levels
- Experience in working with senior management team in providing financial related recommendations and solutions
- Demonstrates ability to lead negotiations in major transactions
- English proficiency
