- participates in elaborating and developing the business strategy of the company
- identifies new financial resources for the company
- supervises the accounting reports and examines the budget for each department
- assesses, coordinates and restructures the sales and receipts
- organizes the financial department structure to be compatible with the major company strategies
- minimum 10 year experience in the financial field
- minimum 5 year experience in a similar position
- Certified Public Accountant , and/or Certified Management Accountant
- understanding of key business processes and drivers
- the capacity to rapidly adapt to a dynamic environment
- knowledge and experience in elaborating budgets
- the ability to delegate specific tasks
- organization skills
