- To work with the CEO , the Investment Director, Development Director and Asset Management Director to ensure that investments are well tracked and perform to their initial expectations
- Optimization of project (investment) finance to ensure meet or exceed investor expectations of return on equity and profit on cost.
- Ensure that company cash flow is actively managed and reported to the CEO on a regular and timely basis.
- Assist in negotiations and applications for senior debt, mezzanine finance and joint venture structures.
- Optimize the Group tax structure and work with legal council to ensure that the Group is well prepared for due diligence requirements that are expected to lead to floatation. Establish a mechanism to value the Group and subsequently update the valuation on a quarterly basis
- Ensure that investor reporting is done on a timely, accurate and sufficiently detailed manner
- Ensure that proper accounting controls and procedures are in place and are able to withstand scrutiny
- Oversee the reporting from Joint Venture companies and ensure that these companies are adding shareholder value through proactive management of reporting and structure.
- Supervise and actively manage a team of financial analysts to ensure the efficient flow of investment information across the various business lines and back to the CEO
- Act as key member of the Group management team and ensure that all aspects of the Group finances are directed at profitability and increased shareholder value.

They are currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer for its Bucharest office.
The Chief Financial Officer will work with our current Finance Director, Development Controller and the team of accountants and will engage themselves in all aspects of the finance of the management company, the special purpose companies set up to manage the investments and the investments themselves. A present this included a Real Estate Development pipeline of over Euro 1 billion in 3 countries and private equity funds of over Euro 150 million.
The CFO will work with the Chief Operations Officer to enhance the financial interface between the operating company and the special purpose companies set up to deliver the projects.
