- Manage and develop the company on the Romanian market
- Create and lead a team of max. 6 people
The ideal candidate for this position must have the following characteristics:
- Minimum 5 years experience in gas business (potentially trading, wholesale, etc.);
- Good knowledge of the natural gas market;
- Experience in working with local gas producer companies and large international companies present on the Romanian gas market;
- Excellent network with large industrial customers including but not limited to the power plants, chemical factories, etc.
- Sales driven personality and excellent communication skills;
- Management experience required, ability to indirectly manage, coordinate and supervises local persence of the international market player;
- Fluent Romanian, excellent Engilsh knowledge and strong educational background;
- Willingness to live and work in Bucharest and willinges for travelling within CEE countries;
- Entrepreneurial personality, team player, reliable, willing to work with strict deadlines
