Our client, one of the leading receivables management company from Europe, as a result of continued growth, seeks applicants for a key position here, in Romania:
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.

You like meeting people and helping customers prosper. Strong relationship building skills with senior managers of industry and government .You have an entrepreneurial style and enjoy challenge and diversity. You have knowledge regarding financial sector, experience in developing a company or a big project. You have an established reputation of respect, integrity and passion for success.

Key responsibilities:
Business development:
- Responsible for establishment, development and management of the Romanian Company and achieving financial and operational goals;
- Assurance of realization of operational goals of the company, goals established based of Company’s experience on new markets, marketing research developed by Romanian specialized company and investor expectations;
- Lead in the procurement of new contracts;
- Provide market information and sales forecasts;
- Implement marketing plan.

Management
- Manage and develop his/her staff by providing clear direction and identifying training needs. In first year the company will have about 50 employees and it will continuing to grow to hundreds employees;
- Establishing the company’s departments;
- Recruit the top-management positions, motivate and direct the staff;
- Manage expenses with agreed budget.

Administration:
- Prepare and submit accounting information on a regular and timely basis;
- Manage local service and operations;
- Maintain Sales and Purchase of debt portfolio in accordance with company rules;
- Liaison with third party.


CERINTE

- MBA or University degree or diploma in Finance or Management;
- Experience in Business Development of a company (start-up);
- Experience in B2B (responsibilities for sales or client relations) and in outsourcing company active in financial sector (IT, Visa, etc);
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, employee management and customer service is required;
- Able to perform duties in an independent manner;
- Ability to carry out negotiations on large, extremely complex projects;
- Above average ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with staff, stakeholders and public;
- Capacity to work within Microsoft Office group of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher and Outlook);
- Advanced English language.
