Coordinates and prepares :
- All the tax declarations;
- The accountancy closings: Monthly closings, Hard close in October, Yearly closings;
- All the documents coming from Banking institutions to finance the Company;
- Is in relation with the External Auditors, Public ;
authorities, Chartered accountant and Banks if it is necessary;
- Communicates with Customers and Suppliers and follows contentious cases;
- Is responsible for the wages, payslips and the social matters directly or / and with the consulting firm;
- Ensures and secures the payments and cash deposits;
- Is responsible for the Accountant team;
- Organizes and participates in the stock inventories;
- Procedures and advices for other departments for tax or accountant matters;
- Prepares all the documents and informations needed by the CFO for the Reporting;
- Follows and secures the storage of fiscal and accounting records in conformity with local laws;
- Follows and books fixed assets;
- Determinates the accruals and transitional records;
- Enforces the Management Quality System;
- Contributes to the quality permanent improvement, especially through the evaluation of accountancy¿s procedures.
- University degree in Accountancy;
- 3/4 years experience in an International company and in consulting firm is recommanded;
- Good level in English, French is a plus;
- Management and Pedagogical skills;
- Knowledge in ERP system (SAP is a plus);
- Knowledge in IFRS and Consolidation rules required;
- Computerization oriented;
- Knowledge in Importation;
- Strong capabilities in the implemantation of accountancy organization.
