On behalf of our client, a Multinational Company, Leader in Telecommunication Services, we are looking for an experienced CHIEF ACCOUNTANT, to join the team, in one of the most important roles in the company.
As a Chief Accountant you will be responsible for:
Reviewing the financial statements
Preparing the monthly management reports
Monthly reviewing the accounts and approving the accounts
Coordinating the activity of accountants and senior accountants
Develop accounting period-end timetables according to policy guidelines
Ensure that trial balance is reconciled at all the times, especially bank transactions, fixed assets accounts, accounts receivable and payable transactions
SOX documentation and testing.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
University degree in economics / accounting
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
General accounting experience in: general accounting tasks, asset accounting and cost accounting.
C.E.C.C.A.R. certification is a must
US GAAP is an advantage
Fluency in English
Good management, communication and interpersonal skills.
