Chief Accountant / Controller
Job Description:
accounting and reporting according to the statutory and group requirements of the company’s portfolio
supervision of the basis tax reporting
local and corporate audits coordination
cooperation with line managers on ongoing matters
participation in a corporate and assets acquisition
preparation of the individual companies for intercompany or 3rd party sale
team management (2 people)
business processes improvement
Job Requirements:
higher degree in Finance, Accounting
experience on managerial position
several years of experience in accountancy
experience in reporting and controlling
knowledge of international accountant standards (US GAAP)
analytical skills
budget management skills
commercial awareness
planning skills
fluent English
