- Coordination of accounting department;
- Preparing monthly reports and reporting to the parent company; profit tax and payroll;
- Preparing the tax returns for VAT, state liabilities, payroll;
- Preparing year end financial statements and half year reporting according with Romanian Accounting Standards and reporting to the parent company for all entities of the group in Romania (incl. fiscal representatives and branch offices);
- Following up the developments of the sites/projects and company s performance overall; analyzing and controlling of site s performance reports;
- Managed tax audits and year end audit;
- Supervising and checking the transactions booked in the accounting program;
- Managing the cash flow and treasury activities; budgeting activities
- Minimum 3 year experience in a similar position
- University degree in economics - ASE or similar.
- Foreign languages - fluent English obligatory. German - an advantage.
- Very good knowledge on statutory accounting;
- Very good IFRS (international financial reporting standards) knowledge;
- Knowledge of taxation regulations in Romania
- SAP knowledge
- Proven team management skills;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Proven experience to work under deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities, proactive approach;
- Organization, time management and task prioritization skills;
