Thye future employee will have:
-To manage the accounting, finance, treasury, reporting and tax functions of the company;
-Create sufficient procedures and controls to protect the company assets and to comply with local law;
-To implement policies and procedures to eliminate risks from operational, financial and tax related activities of the company;
-To introduce and fulfil all local law and regulations related to activities of the company (not limited only to accounting, tax, treasury , foreign exchange , statistics, intrastate, etc.);
-To ensure proper payroll counting and salary payment;
-To ensure transfer of local statutory reporting into IFRS reporting;
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
-Accounting;
-GL maintenance and reconciliation
-Statutory reporting VAT, social security, pension fund, personnel and corporate tax, intrastate, green dot, statistics, other;
-Laws compliance with accounting, tax, foreign exchange and other relevant laws;
-Asset protection;
-Treasury management;
-Internal reporting to local and international management acc. To IFRS;
-Audit (statutory, tax, internal);
-Bank relations;
-Receivables management - reminders , cash collection procedures, client reconciliation, credit approvals;
-Payroll counting and settlement;
-Cash flow management;
-Reporting adjustments.
The ideal candidate should have experience in accountancy according to the job main tasks.
This person won't have subordinated people.
