•Set up and develop all accounting procedures, activities and team
•Responsible for preparation of accounting and financial reports according to statutory and group requirements ;
•Develop and maintain all procedures related to back-office and accounting ;
•Bookkeeping and supervision/coordination of the accounting Payroll and salaries declarations, trial balance, VAT, balance sheet and all reporting to the Romanian authorities
•Recruit and coordinate accounting team
•Participate to the elaboration of external reporting for the Mother Company
•Manages different projects related to the accounting and financial activities
•Statutory accounting - Balance Sheet, P&L, VAT and Income tax returns etc.
•3- 5 years experience similar position
•Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and good knowledge of IAS
•Authorized Accountant CECCAR
•Management capabilities
•Correct , analytical skills
•Knowledge of English – French is a strong asset
•Finance & Accounting graduate
•Capacity to work in multicultural teams
