Chief Accountant
Responsibilities
- To insure accounting process regarding : purchases, sales, assets, banks;
- Closing period process (monthly / annual);
- To participate to accounts compliance with legal auditor and establish synthesis statement;
- To participate to Information System management (parameters, evolutions, tests) and update master data;
- To review reconciliation of trail balance;
- To establish some legal / tax statements;
- To insure relation with functional organizations (to inform and advise about accounting processes) and third-parties (suppliers, customers, banks);
- To insure cash collection process, to analyze over dues;
- Work with credit manager and sales organization to follow up litigations;
- Work to improve cash collection;
- Coordinating department activity;
- Relevant experience in a similar role – around 5 years;
- Advanced English; French is considered a plus;
- Decision Making, Synthesis and Analytical Skills;
- Capability to work in a team;
- Adaptation and Communication Skills;
- Capability to define operational objectives;
- Integrity and trustfulness;
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
- Knowledge of legal/tax local requirements;
- Expertise of accounting standards (IFRS);
- Ability to drive administrative and financial topics;
