1. To ensure compliance with International and local Accounting Standards and to make sure that preparations for statutory and supervisory audits are done.
2. To comply with all financial functions related to controlling, accounting, and treasury.
3. To develop and implement the company’s general accounting according to BNR regulations.
4. To ensure the financial analysis of the direct and indirect costs, making the good decision for the financial indicators.
5. Budgeting –forecast and achievements.
6. To establish and maintain long-term relationships with (fiscal) authorities and assure local fiscal and accounting compliance.
7. To approve the agreements in the area of tax and accounting.
- Relevant experience in the leasing activity, the fiscal and legal aspects of the financial business.
- Acts with integrity and professionalism.
- Speaks and writes fluently in local and English language.
- Has a strong understanding of Management Information Systems to consolidate and coordinate financial information;
- Is comfortable with IT systems and applications
