RESPONSABILITATI

• Coordination of all accounting activities;
• Responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the accounting documents;
• Responsible for the review / preparation for all primary accounting documents according to local compliance regulations;
• Responsible for the accurate booking of all journal entries and accounting documents into the general ledger for allocated clients (depreciation, prepayments, re-evaluations);
• Responsible for the accurate preparation of balance sheet and income statements and various other accounting statements and reports required;
• Reviews and checks the accuracy of journal vouchers, payroll records, sales and purchase ledgers etc;
• Prepares on a monthly basis supporting analyses of all balance sheet accounts, by indicated deadlines;
• Prepares the monthly tax returns, by indicated deadlines;
• Specializes in financial accounting: including the preparation of statutory accounts with notes and financial reporting – may also include tax;
• Where applicable prepares accounts in accordance with Romanian Accounting Standards;
• Keeps up to date with changes in local accounting and tax legislation;
• Identifies particular risks related to the client transactions. Such risks refer to, but are not limited to: primary accounting documents, tax and legal aspects.
• Ensure financial support like budget follow-up, cash-flow preparation;
• Prepare various reports, summaries and special projects as required by management;
• Be a back-up of Financial Manager.


CERINTE

• Economics University Degree;
• Minimum three years experience within a multinational company;
• CECCAR certification would be an advantage;
• Computer skills: MS Office, Excel – advanced, Navision working experience is an advantage;
• English – advanced;
• Strong concern for the quality, order and accuracy of his/her work, proactive attitude, don’t give up, very good communication skills.
