- Daily analyze and payment of the internal and external suppliers
- Analyze and payment in relation with the bank and the custom
- Analyze, negotiation of the contracts/ payment terms for the internal and external suppliers.
- Daily operations with the cash
- Monitors and controls the accounting and financial operations ¿ accounting balance and verifying balance
- Checks, monitors and submits the monthly reports
- Draws up and submits the yearly reports and the fiscal registers
- Draws up and submits the documentation necessary to obtain fiscal facilities
- Organizes, follows and runs the accounting and financial activities in relation with the Authorities for Fiscal and Financial Control, Commerce Register, Customs, Bank, Insurance Companies, Suppliers
- Equivalent to graduation from a four-year university with major coursework in accounting, finance, economics or a related field .
- One year of general accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
