- preparing financial/tax statements in accordance with Romanian legal requirements;
- calculation of taxes ( non-payroll) - VAT, profit tax;
- preparing necessary documnets and coordinate audit process;
- responsability for accounting department (2 accountants);
- follow up all changes in finance laws to meet legal requirements;
- monthly/annual closing;
- fixed assets accounting (book value, deprecitation);
- electronic paymnets.
