-Manage the company payroll and ad-hoc expense payments, including petty cash.
-Develop financial control and reporting systems to meet the needs of the company
-Prepares financial reports pertaining to status of expenditures in relation to budget.
-Maintains labor, material and equipment cost accounts and appropriation accounts for different departments
-University degree
-5 years experience of finance team management, group accounting structures and processes
-Excellent IFRS and Romanian accountancy knowledge
-Very good communication skills (both written and spoken)
-Analytical and problem solver
-English proficient
