Vacancies available:
-Chef de Partie Pastry (??20,600) must be at 2/3 rosette level and have high volume banqueting experience as well.
- Chef de Partie- Collette???s- (??20,600) only looking for candidate with a Michelin star and or 3 rosette experience.
- Commis ???Stable (??14,600) ; must have at least 15 months previous cheffing experience at 1/ 2 rosette minimum.
- Commis- Banqueting (??14,600) As above.
