Personal Services Group is recruiting for one of its clients: Chat Sales Agents.
Location for this position: Bucharest
Future employees are responsible for taking inbound German language chats for customers using our client`s websites and offering, in a courteous and professional manner, multiple savings programs or product purchases as presented by clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a Quality Assurance score of at least 85%;
- Available to take multiple chats;
- Managing inbound chats by, selling and up-selling client products and services;
- Being the first point of contact for the Client’s customers who have issues/queries regarding the products they are interested in and/orintend to purchase;
-During their role as chat sales support agent, they are required to strive towards customer retention and loyalty.
Requires:
Firstly, our candidates must accomplish the following main requirements:
Language Ability: Proficient in German, having the ability to read, write, and comprehend in the German language.
Typing Skills: Minimum speed of typing should be at least 35 words per minute without error.
Secondly, they have to :
- To provide basic to moderately complex support to the client’s customers on their inquiries, products, systems, etc. and use appropriate communication skills to direct customers to third parties or other locations for further support (if necessary);
- To provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all of the client’s customers and show empathy for customers at all times;
- To follow Chat Centre procedures and available to handle chats, effectively adopting any chat handling procedures and other guidelines;
- To provide feedback on a daily basis to the team supervisors on new/emerging issues that you have identified and work to proactively highlight areas that can be improved;
- To be positive and proactive and have a desire for positive improvement in both qualitative and quantitative analyses.
