Handling VISA and MasterCard chargebacks processes:
- Analyzing the Chargeback Request Form received from the client;
- Deciding if he will initiate the chargeback process;
- Initiating chargeback process, following the case, keeping the relationship with ING Offices/ Agencies/ Clients/ VISA/ MasterCard regarding the cases under investigations;
- Closing the chargeback case and informing the client regarding the results;
- Handling other complains related with retail clients incidents.
- University degree;
- Minimum 2 years experience in cards activity, preferably in chargebacks activity;
- Strong communication skills;
- Customer oriented;
- Problem solving attitude;
- Attention to details;
- Conflict management skills;
