RESPONSABILITATI

As an integral part of the Business Process Development Organization, Channel Admin Operations is responsible for HP’s front and back end, when it comes to our Authorized Support Partners.

Duties and responsibilities:
The team lead provides administrative back office support for selected administrative functions. She or he has the full production responsibilities for the functions and territories assigned to her or him and her or his team. She or he is responsible for operational excellence, customer satisfaction and financial objectives. He or she assists his/her Manager in leading and coordinating a team of employee(s).


CERINTE

- University degree or equivalent
- Fluent English, other language (particularly French) is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 year relevant work experience
- Leadership skills
- Training skills
- Team player; good relationship with other HP team members and with cooperating departments
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Customer orientation
- Accuracy, cost efficiency and analytical skills
- Planning and organizational skills; high personal effectiveness
