RESPONSABILITATI

1、Analyzing the sales opportunity and competition environment in the target market and responsible for setting the channel and commercial strategies and tactics;
2、Establishing and expanding the Huawei product brand awareness;
3、Developing and maintaining of the relationship between distributors and resellers;
4、Acquiring and retaining more resellers and distributors for the market;
5、Acting as the active link between Huawei and the channel activities such as marketing, advertising, sales, promotions and training;
6、Indirectly selling to distributors, value added integrator, original equipment manufacturers, partners;
7、Delivering win-win business and product growth, and promote the development of new sales opportunities.


CERINTE

1. Bachelor's degree in business or technical field
2. At least 5 years channel sales experience in IT industry
3. Fluent in English and local language
4. Resilience, results orientation, relationship building skills, good team working
and leadership skills
5. Experience in one or more of the following:
- Promotion of new IT product sales opportunities
- Product demonstrations
- Channel training Participation in general strategy
- Definition of specific sales plans
- Multi-level relationship building
- Project management role
- Business plan development
6. Other skills include:
- Good presentation skill
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Consulting skills
