RESPONSABILITATI

Mission:
- Developing the company¿s channel sales business with telecoms operators in CEE region, following the full sales process from market research and prospecting through to deal closing and account management;
- Participating, together with the Sales and Marketing team, in further development of the established professional services business, in particular acquiring new customers in the software vendor community;
- Taking part in ongoing sales activity across the whole Europe and beyond, collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team, with the opportunity to build a broad base of experience and to contribute to success of the sales team. The role also involves sales administration activities.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Contacting potential new customers, especially in the CEE region and creating relationship with them. Maintaining regular contact with sales partners and prospects to develop relationship;
- Representing the company at conferences and exhibitions (initially, supporting the existing team, later independently);
- Participating in arranging meetings with potential customers and preparing the sales presentations;
- Representing the company in meetings with potential customers;
- Participating in preparing offers and negotiating contracts with new customers; participating in ongoing key account management activities for existing customers;
- Market research: maintaining and developing the company¿s market intelligence capacity, including knowledge of company relationship, ownerships, important deals and major personalities. Carrying out research assignments to deepen this knowledge and to qualify potential marketing positions and sales leads;
- Sales and Marketing collateral: Administrating and supporting the preparation, presentation and layout of the company¿s marketing materials; also, contributing to developing the content of these materials: brochures, flyers and white paper and electronic form; corporate website; corporate and sales presentation;
- Sales Administration: Maintaining the pipeline list of leads, prospects, partners and new customers. Maintaining a database of customers and contacts;
- Sales and Marketing strategy and tactics: Contributing to developing the company¿s sales and marketing strategy, market positioning and sales tactics.


CERINTE

- Experience in a high-value business-to-business sales and marketing environment;
- Demonstrable achievements in this environment in at least one of the following areas: pipeline development, customer acquisition, key account management;
- Experience in an international environment;
- Highly motivated and ability to make a success of the role working independently and collaborating with co-workers and managers remotely;
- Minimum 5 years full-time working experience after completing degree;
- Availability to frequent international travel, mainly within Europe;
- Knowledge of: IT industry, telephony BSS/ OSS or a similar high-value high-technology sector is considered an advantage;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- University degree in Economics, Marketing, Business studies or a related discipline;
- Ideal candidate would be dynamic, mobile, self-motivated, confident, persuasive, presentable, initiative, flexible, team player, intelligent, customer friendly, systematic, hard-worker.
